So, it is Sunday and a new week starts tomorrow and so does a new committment by me. I will get back to journaling each morsel that passes my lips and looking at changing up the diet a bit. I can't let life derail my master plan.

This has been another week from...I don't know what. This is not an excuse for not doing my best but a realization that with all that is going on it is hard. My son has been seeing a psychatrist and psycologist who just put him on anti-depressents. He got his prescription on Monday and Tuesday took 20 of them instead of 1/2 of one. My ex-husband took him to the hospital and found out that my son would have to take a lot more than 20 to do any damage (thank God).
A few weeks ago, we discovered he was cutting himself and spent the night at the local childrens hospital to get him some help, which he is now getting. Either way, this has been a crazy few weeks and I wish the madness would end.
I am happy my son now has a diagnosis with low seratonin levels due to another medication, and will probably not have to be on medication for the rest of his life...but I hope these pills work soon and I get my son back before it is too late.
To those of you that are my buddies, as soon as my life gets a little more on track, I will be back with a vengence...but right now it is a little hard to keep my head above water and I haven't been spending much time on line lately.

Well, this week I didn't loose any weight but I didn't gain any either so I am happy. I have not been walking as much as normal this week because of all the rain that we have been having. I think maybe I will need to get a gym membership but I really don't want to do that. I have finally purchased a waterproof jacket so that should help with my recent rain issues. (watch, now that I have a rain jacket, it won't rain...lol)
Last week is now history and it is now time to move onward and upward...I mean downward

This has been a bad week for me. Between the rain and everything else going on, I have not walked as much as i would have liked. It is a new week, and it is time to get back on track!

This was an absolute horrible weekend. There was so much going on in my personal life with my son that I did not get in all of my exercise on Saturday that I should have and I felt crappy because of it. I was so exhausted and running on 2 hours sleep, there was no way that I could bring myself to walk at all that day. I am going to make up for it by walking further each day this week and I want to get everything back on track.
