anyone using blackberry app?
so after scanning the boards here and on the blackberry site it appears that it is not my blackberry but it is my carrier...imagine that. My carrier doesn't use APN settings which are required for this version. Whatever. I have now downloaded the app onto my IPod and it is working great!

Has anyone done Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?
I have done the 30 day shred for a few days now but I need to try the bouncing jacks...but only because my hubby is scared the TV is going to fall over. I guess our floor joists are too far apart or something but the TV moves too much in his mind. I found that my knees were sore at first and my abs sure got the work out they needed.

looking for walking buddies
wow, I posted this so long ago I didn't expect any responses now...lol! Map my walk is pretty cool and they now have a free iPhone/iPod app that will count your steps and map your walk/run/bike or whatever it is you are doing to get in shape. We could either start with a number of steps or how many miles - what do you all think.

on a side note, why did my starting weight change...hmmm curious.

Are you public about your weight loss on Facebook?
I talk about what workouts I'm doing from time to time (that darn Jillian) but that is about it. I know some people who can be quite negative and critical which is why I keep quiet on FB...they will be the first to notice if I slip. Like Selina, I do blog and only a few people read it...I do it mostly for me
