I'm finding it hard to write down everything I eat on weekends...I need to work on that.
I didn't go to the gym this weekend...I hung out with my son instead.

I am loving going to the gym every morning. I am refreshed and energized after my workout. I am going to work on trying different exercises while I am there and using different machines. Either way, I am loving it.

So, I have been away from the computer and everything due to personal and family issues...but I am back. I have gained weight but I am starting new today...it is a new day!

Today is the day that I am restarting my life. I have gained weight and am now at my heaviest I have ever been. I don't like the way I look and I am doing something about it. I have joined the Y and I go every morning before work. There are no excuses for not working out and I will loose the weight!
My goal weight is 135 pounds but I am starting with a smaller goal so it will look like I am moving along the scale. My biggest reason for doing this is me...but I also want to be a positive influence on my son. I have started again...restarted the journey...and I will achieve my goals!!!

ok, so I totally messed this thing up and tracking my food with my iPod only works when I am at home because otherwise I don't have internet connections. It looks like I just started again because a whole bunch of stuff got deleted today when I was messing around but at least my diet looks more like the diet I am actually following it.
Note to self, don't sync the ipod to fat secret or it will mess things up.
