Finally I might have found the key to my body burning fat. I found out my daily calorie intake (2,547cals a day)and haven't needed to reduce my carb intake yet. The moment I drop weight and start to plateau I will decrease my carb intake by 5%. I'm excited...

Okay I found out what I'm supposed to be doing. I've been doing my cals and macros all wrong. I'm going to start with my BMR and drop my calorie intake 5-10% if I'm not losing a pound.

I found out I've been doing too much or doing too little in the calorie and macro department.

weird, I'm getting smaller but I can't shake this 280lbs. I keep bouncing from 275 and 280! grrrrrrr....either my cals are too low and not eating enough cals. Because I'm consistant with my cardio and weight training.
