In all honesty, I was hungry like a wolf last night. This herbalife diet is making me think replacing two meals is forgetting to add in healthy snacks? I am not really sure, because what I post is what I eat. Although I finish the day off with around 1100-1300 cals, I feel like I am starving by half way through the day and I can barely wait to leave work to go home and cook. I almost feel guilty that I am so hungtry, but I have not cheated one once or anyhting and post everything I eat even if its the next morning I am posting.
last night I had chicken thighs boneless skinless thawed and was planning to cook. I was so very dissapointed, they we're aweful. I didn't realize how spoiled I am eating only chicken breasts. The thighs felt as though I was eating rubber and just didn't taste very good in my mouth. I didn't even finish eating everything on my plate but did eat a little extra rice than I had anticipated. I will not buy thighs again ever especially being so hungry, cooking and looking forward to a yummy dinner, and almost getting sick to my stomach over the texture, it will not happen again. Today, I have chicken breasts thawed, nice ones and I think I will put them on the grill as a treat.
It amazes me how important food really is when you begin to disect it and really look at it. Then you think, wow, did I ever do that with the Big Mac I was eating last week, or the Whopper and cold fries last month? No, not at all just shoved it in and felt shitty afterwards telling myself this has to stop, and it has with much more awareness of what I am putting in my body. I did get on the scale, but I am not putting the results in here yet, but I can say, awareness is paying off in BIG WAYS........ I actually feel skinny for the first time I've gained these 60 lbs.
I can do this damn it!
