omg I write a bunch and my journal didn't show up ....

anyways I'm hitting the flat weight stage (otherwise known as the doesn't matter what I do I won't loose a single pound so just forget it and let it be stage ) so I stop weighing myself .

I am still eating 1 meal (under 1000 calories ) a day only but I stacked up some fruits in my fridge , so when I'm hungry I eat those fruits .

I ordered a cute pink treadmill from amazon and the expected delivery time is between 12/8 to 12/20 , ♪ヽ(◕ฺ∀ ◕✿ฺ 三 ✿◕ฺ ∀◕ฺ)ノ♪ I'm just really really happy about this treadmill , I will be able to watch tv and do exercise on the treadmill !

Today for breakfast / lunch ( I woke up late ) I ordered lunch special in a restaurant , chicken + rice + soup , I only finished half of the meal ...my appetite is smaller now and I noticed obvious change of my shape. I'm a size 8 now so I have nothing to complain again~ I'm drinking this large cold brew right now , and gonna do some study for my real estate exam ~

HI forum
I weight 166 with my coat and boots on, so I think if I weight myself naked I'm maybe a 165, or 164 right now.
The reason why I'm not working right now is because I didn't really look for a job , I wanted to have time to study, but mainly it's because I can't focus . All I ever focus on is my weight right now . I went to the church the other day , everybody has boyfriend , I wanted a boyfriend too , but I can't stand the point that I look fat in front of a guy I love . I know that if a guy likes you he should like you doesn't matter what shape you are in , but unfortunately i'm asian.

I'm not bashing the asian culture, but most asian guys prefer skinny over chubby girl friend. I wasn't able to find anyone who would accept me the shape I am .The Chinese male standard is like , it's okay if this girl is ugly , but she can't be fat and 130pounds was consider fat , most girls are around 100 pounds or less . Last year I went back to China, a lot of girls there are around 43kg and 5'5'' tall. I wasn't able to fit in any cloth ,and I'm sure it's not just a problem in China but most asian countries.

I guess in a shallow world , if I don't loose weight , nobody will like me . I will never get a boyfriend...I feel really bad about myself when I look at my body in the mirror . Even though I've lost 20 pounds in the past 2 month , but I still feel bad.

I know about eating disorder, unhealthy diet, all that stuff . I was a psychology + cognitive science major. I know all about how eating less , or not eating impacts my brain my neuron , how dangerous it is to eat less than 1500 calories a day , but I really really hate this world...I hate those magazines , those celebrities , who make people think oh you need to be so skinny to be perfect, and people started to fat shaming others, I was bullied, fat shamed , and what did I do wrong?

People who fat shaming others are the problem of this society...I really hope they stop doing that .

Hey guys !
I came home late last night so I did not do any grocery shopping yesterday , but this morning I went to sprouts and did a little grocery shopping. I bought bell pepper x 1 , 2 bananas ( ate one already for breakfast :D ) , 2 avocados , median size tomatoes x 5, 1 of those really sweet tomato ( I don't know what it is called in English , but its light orange color on the outside ) and I spent around $4.50 for that grocery shopping trip (´・ω・`)

Whenever I eat outside, it's usually $10+ per meal , so by buying groceries and cook for myself I save a lot of money. So for those of you lovely friends on this site who have read my previous journals , you know I don't keep anything in my fridge just so I won't be able to eat anything when I go home. Now I think it's okay to put some stuff in my fridge, because I mean honestly unprocessed veggies+ fruits won't make me gain like 100 pounds over night , so there's nothing to scare about. As long as I don't put those really tasty sweet pork ribs, pizzas, fried chickens , sweet cakes, etc in my fridge I will be okay o<´・ω・`>o

My period is almost over, and I think tomorrow I'll be able to swim in the gym ( ゜∀゜) I'm really happy about that~

Something about me that's not related to my diet ~ if you would like to get to know more about me
1. I'm studying for my real estate license
2. I been working after I graduated from college and I quit my job by the end of October because my boss was racist and fat shaming me and I felt really uncomfortable about that .
3. For the entire Nov, I been focusing on diet + studying
4. I'm planning to get a part time job during Dec because I really can't focus on 3 things at a time
5. I'm also studying to become an IT engineer right now ヾ(o´∀`o)ノワァーィ♪
6. My ultimate goal is to land a job in the IT field with 70k or + per year salary and do real estate on the side and process a minimum of 1 transaction ( sell a house , or buy a house ) each year .
7. I'm a over 23 years old asian girl, my coworkers used to think I'm just above 20 years old ((⊂(*°ω°*)⊃)) so I think the good part of being an asian is that we tend to look younger
8. I am really conscious about my skin condition , I am allergic to alcohol so all the skin products I use can not contain any sort of alcohol .
9. I been doing face mask every other day , and I use hair mask every single day to make sure my hair look shiny and soft. I think even i weight more than the others, nobody wants to see a person who dress messy has dirty hair don't care about their appearance at all , so I basically wear make up everyday , and dress neatly everyday when I go out .

some tips if you feel hungry and want to binge
1. coffee makes you less hungry
2. tea too
3. banana is good to stop your hunger
4. don't eat while you watch tv , play with your phone , or surf the internet because you tend to eat more
5. hot beverages actually make you less hungry
6. if you really have to binge , eat food that has a darker color surface , i.e. eggplant ( If you like indian dish please ignore this tip ) food with cold color tone makes it look less delicious

I didn't weight myself today ~
I'm having my period and I usually gain a few pounds during my period ~ so I don't really care ~
So I been eating 1 meal a day and eat whatever I want...
I should be watching what I eat ( I had pasta today )
I think from tomorrow on , I will do a strict calorie control meal plan .
Eating outside is too expensive and I can't control my calorie intake (。´・ω・`。)
So my plan is :
1. no starch (no rice, no bread, nothing ...nothing that contains starch )
2. prepare my own meal every morning
3. go back to the gym after my period is over
4. say no to artificial sugar and other unnecessary sugar ( Only eat fruit for sugar consumption )


good news ! I stopped drinking coffee and energy drink ~
(caffein makes me unable to sleep , energy drink will lead to kidney failure )

For today, I think I'll go to sprouts and do some grocery shopping finally
( My fridge is filled with water and diet beverages)

grocery shopping list for this week
1. 1 box of organic salad
2.two organic avocado
3. 1 box of organic tomato
4. some organic bananas
5. 2 packs of organic chicken breast



( I think I need to eat everything organic from now on ,
since I'm only eating one meal a day , I need to make sure it's healthy so It's okay if they are little bit pricy )
