So this is what I had for dinner today 11/4/2016
I wasn't gonna eat dinner today but then I thought my friend was coming over and I wanted to treat her with something healthy and tasty so I made the chicken breast & salad combo .(I finally know how to insert photos in my journal ^^-b)

This is probably around 500 calories ? I think ....the chicken breast is very lean so I think its okay.

heavy portion but healthy~

here is the recipe if anyone is interested in knowing:
[br]
1. put a piece of chicken breast in frying pan for 5 minutes on medium temperature , flip to another side, cook 5 minutes on medium temperature. (or however you like ,just don't over cook it )
2. sprinkle some sea salt on both side of chicken breast
3. prepare a bowl of fresh veggie salad + fruit , mix salad and fruit together
4. sprinkle some sea salt on salad , squeeze some lemon , add 1 teaspoon of organic avocado oil
5. slice some organic avocado ( doesn't have to be organic )
6. put everything on a big plate ~there you have it ! chicken breast + salad combo !
(optional : A1 sauce )
[/br]

Its late , so I'm gonna go to bed , I will weight myself tomorrow and hopefully I will loose a pound or two ~
anyways.
good night ~

I maybe posting a lot of journals throughout the day , if that bothers anyone, i apologize , but I will continue to do so ~
So today I sticked to my plan and did a little grocery shopping at sprouts .

Sprouts is really good place to buy organic stuff , because I can't really afford whole food .

I do try to do an organic diet, but organic food is just so expensive $$$ :( and I don't have that much money to buy everything organic.

Today I bought organic avocado ($1.69 each) organic green mix salad ($3.89 / box) , regular small tomatoes ( $1/ pack) and 1 pack of chicken breast ( yes I decided to use chicken breast instead of chicken thigh because chicken breast has less fat and is more healthy , it was around $2.50/ pack) so around 9 dollars for everything , but I think I will cook at least 2 meals using the grocery I bought today.

some ideas for what i'll cook for the following week:

meal 1: salted avocado + salted chicken breast
meal 2: veggie fruit salad+ small tomato
meal 3 : I have some cucumber left and I think I make a vegan zucchini with tomato source for the third meal
meal 4: pan fried eggplant + smashed potato salad
meal 5: egg sunny side up+ slice of bread with avocado source (mix avocado with yogurt and spicy source together and add a sprinkle of sea salt yum ^^-b)

I 'll try to post photos of my diet meals here next time I cook
I don't feel hungry right now I don't know why , I only had a bowl of salad today and I feel just fine.
Really energized but I guess I need to consume some sugar to balance my sugar intake.

* More buddies please ~ <3
