bit of a strangely high peak suddenly. thinking it is mainly my salt level yesterday being far far too high. plus there just maybe a bit too much food.
so Sundays are for feasting, Mondays are for cutting back dramatically. lowering my salt plus general food intake. planning two no meat days as well. also thinking to increase my net carbs to 15 this week but purely on veggies.

I didn't expect this... I had a bit too many calories last night and less fasted. but eating has been clean so pretty good.

Ketostix are showing positive so glad to see I'm back in keto - though the headaches and massive thirst was proof enough for me.
No change in weight vs yesterday, but I do feel better - all the water retention seems to be going now, so I feel less puffy and swollen.
It is still disappointing that early august I was down in the 52 zone (and for the months before...) and I've gone up one kilo. Life is slowly getting back to normal now, so I'm still holding hope that in the weeks to come that it will come back off.
I'm refocused on health, taking bigger steps and cutting out as much fake sugar as possible and going to be investing in more bio-organic veggies. Also thinking of cutting down on animal proteins, 2-3 days a week having "meat/dairy"free days. So will replace the protein there with tofu.

I got on the scale 4x and I had 2x 53.4 and 2x 53.2 so I decided to log the higher amount.
body is back in keto which is awesome... feeling great! weight wise I've still got a way to go but hey I'm doing what I can. so overall feeling good!
