ugh... after adding in loads of exercise into my life the result is more weight?

I am seeing big changes both positive and negative in my body. but still so frustrating to see more weight.

over the last month I've gotten pretty serious at the gym. weight spiked up for a while but seems to be dropping again. not worried about my actual weight anymore since I'm more focused on exercise and toning up.

so I've started working out finally - been on 2 runs and today was my first day in the gym. weight has stayed the same the last month except some minor fluctuations here and there. so nothing major.

my goal now is to tone up and stop being so "skinny fat"
