6am weigh in - still the same as the last couple of days, which is fine. I'm looking forward to weighing in tomorrow as Saturdays I weigh in a bit later and the number is always a bit better (lets hope the same tomorrow!).

But mainly I'm just not so bothered or stressed about my weight at the moment. I'd love it to go down back to 51/52, but for now my clothes still fit, I feel good, I'm reasonably happy with my body - so there are bigger things in life to worry about.

I'm more focused right now on controlling my fasting which I have to say has been going great. Last couple of weeks (except my 4 days in London) I managing a 20-24 hr fasts which have been fantastic. I feel so much energy.

By eliminating two meals in the day I have so much more time to focus on everything else in my life. I'm no longer stressed about food and macros - with a 2 hour eating window I get to eat all the things I WANT to eat and not worry. I've put away the food scale, and I'm taking a moment to not be obsessive and just enjoy life a bit.
