I am 37 years old and I feel like I need to take better care of myself. I think that if I record and monitor the number of calories that I intake that I may be able to lose some weight around the middle. This all stemmed from me needing to buy a pair of pants and the 38's that I grabbed in the store felt a little too tight. Rather than purchase some 40's, I decided that I better do some work on the middle. Maybe I can get down to some 36's after all is said and done.

I must say that this has been helpful. One thing to note, I have been drinking around 100 oz of water per day. Besides urinating - A LOT, I have had a few instances where pure liquid comes out the numero dos hole. Is that normal? I figured that I am drinking so much water, that my body is looking for all exits to get the liquid out.
Thoughts?

Any idea on good fiber foods or supplements to use?

Not to be too graphic here, but I have been on the Atkins for about two weeks now and I haven't had a BM in days. I don't even feel the need to go.
Is this normal? Are there other Atkins folks out there with zero emissions?Confused
