ok, I've been reading other people's posts, and I feel a bit better. we seem to all be in the same boat. I was prediabetic, my blood pressure was up and I couldn't walk even PART of a quarter mile. as of yesterday, my blood pressure is 118/65, blood sugar 94, liver not as high as before (fatty liver) and I can (with pain I can work through) walk 1.25 miles. I'm thinking it's better to look at my ability and my blood #'s than the scale.

How is it I'm hyperthyroid (.03 TSH) and I feel decent and I'm not losing? I should be dropping fast! somehow gained an AM lb from yesterday, but PM is the same. I guess I should bite the bullet and get to the endocrinologist. get some meds to help.
