UGH>>>>>I weighed the same again. This drives me insane sometimes you know...I went to weigh in on Saturday and they said I was eating the same foods two days in a row and I am at a plateau, I guess this is out of habit. So over the weekend, I had Kashi cereal and skim milk instead of toast and ff yogurt. Then I didn't have any chicken all weekend, I had steak and yesterday I did a CC ( carb craver) sandwich. We will see by Wednesday if that helped.

Well, I did Take off for two days and cheated on the first day, I had pasta. So I guess this is why I didn't lose on it, I will try to stay with the plan 100 percent. Here's to the next week of 100 percent on the plan. UGH....Can I ever get out of the 170's?

Well I weighed in on Saturday, I usually do not go to LA more than one time per week, I actually lost a lb from Wednes to Saturday, yea. I am doing Take off today as well, hopefully, I will get to 169....I will be really hungry by tomorrow....I bought the juice on Saturday.

Well, I stayed the same this week and I didn't get in all of my foods, so I guess I might have lost if I did the plan one hundred percent. Oh well, time to stay on plan....I took my 13 year old to the Dr. this week and they are putting my whole family on a 12 week lean family program through Children's medical center of dallas. My daughter is overweight, just as I was and they want us to change the way we eat, cook and exercise now, before our children get any older.

Well, I lost a lb. I guess that is good, I wish I would lose more than that, but still 14 lbs to my goal. If you all don't mind, what do you eat for lunch? I eat tuna, sometimes lean cuisines, salads, I am getting bored with lunches. They told me to try to eat a bigger breakfast and eat a lighter lunch. Try to eat half of my protein at breakfast and the other half at dinner. So for dinner all I have left is a fat, a vegetable and a half of a protein. We will see.
