Well, I have fallen off of the wagon lately. Oh well, time to get back on and do Take off. I will start that tomorrow. BTW my center might go under, they are now closed on Wed and Sat, is anyone else having prob with Pure weightloss centers?

Well, I got a call this afternoon and they FINALLY moved me to a different color, blue. I get an extra starch and a half a protein. Everything else stayed the same as the gold plan. They think since I increased my exercise that I am not eating enough to lose weight. Whoever even understands that???? I sure do not.....We will see, wish me luck that I can stay motivated to do this. I have been trying to get out of the 170's for A LONG TIME....

Well, I knew that I would be up a little because I did not get in all of my food and didn't have my second bar on Sunday. Maybe just one week I can be 100 percent, I have just lost motivation after 16 months. They are still waiting to maybe move me to the blue plan, but they have to wait for the dietician to respond back.

Well, I guess the party I attended on Saturday didn't do too much harm. I am going to try to be 100 percent on the program, (I at least try) and see if I can start losing again, if not they are switching me to blue because I have been working out with a trainer about 3 hours each week, sometimes more. Is anyone on blue that can tell me about that. I go to a Pure Weight loss center

Well I stuck to the plan completely and I lost without having to do TO, so I guess I better continue to do that. The only problem is that we have a end of summer "adult" party to go to a Lua....so I have to do good there, will save my starches, fruits and one veggie...
