Well, I have finally decided that if I cheat, no matter what it is with, I will gain. He he. I had a few too many starches over the holiday weekend, it was my husband's birthday so I had cake, and I did not get in all of my foods. Today is a new day and I feel good about my 1 1/2 hours of workout I did yesterday. Let's just hope my weekend is ok. My husband wants to start jogging on Sat and Sun in the morning, sounds good to me.

Well, looks like the weight I gained came right back off with the Take Off, I did the one that you do the very beginning, (where you eatunlimited proteins and green veggies with the juice). It was harder than I thought to not eat any bars or starches for two days. Now if I can just stay on the program and keep moving down....

Well, I just got back yesterday and I wanted to say I did not stay on LA the whole time at all. I decided just to have fun with my family and relax. Boy was the cheeseburger good, even though I did not get in all of my foods and esp not my water, I paid for the three lbs I gained, oh well. When I went to weigh today I told them I was not on plan for five days and they said just to start fresh and do the Take off from the beginning with the unlimited proteins and green veggies, so I will be doing that on Monday. I missed talking to you all last week. God Bless, hope you all are doing ok.

Well, I knew those margaritas would get me on the scale with all of the sugar in them. Oh well, time to start over and try to stay focused. I leave for vacation on Sunday and won't be back until Wednesday night. I will try to make good choices at the places we eat and try to drink water instead of diet drinks. My center changed its name on the 13th to Pure weightloss and we will be receiving new expanded dining out guides and a Glyxemic index control guide along with a free membership online.

Well I almost lost a lb this week. The center had be change my foods and not eat the same thing two days in a row like I was doing. I was eating chicken all the time and yogurt for my dairy, and also the same fruits. So, yesterday I had a nectarine, an orange and a jetstart for all of my fruits. Hopefully, I will see the scale continue to go down. Just be consistent.
