calculatig the exerices
If you mean on this site and are referring to calories burned. the numbers that you start with are how many calories you burn sleeping and being sedentary. your RDI is what you need to maintain vs lose/gain weight. you should only reduce by a coupe hundred calories to avoid sending the body into starvation mode.
