Is there a better way to post recipes?
I am new here and have attempted to add a couple of my recipes, so that I can quickly access them when doing my food diary. However, I am becoming a bit frustrated when adding ingredients due to the limited number of predetermined amounts of given items from which to choose. For example, say a recipe uses two tablespoons of plain yogurt and the amount option is serving. So then I have to look up what the serving size is and then calculate how much of the serving size is equal to 2 tablespoons. So I would end up entering 1/8 serving of plain yogurt in a recipe. If anyone wanted to follow the recipe it really would not be user friendly.
What am I missing in the interface? There has to be an easier way that I am missing. All help is appreciated. Thanks!
