Induction Breakfast sick of Eggs suggestion
I don't do breakfasts well at all. I can not find a yogurt that fits my carb restrictions. We do not have a Kroger's anywhere near me. I use a protein shake for breakfast. 100% whey protein, from Costco, 27g protein and only 3 carbs. This has worked great for me. Down 41 pounds.
