I have always been an athletic type of person. It wasn't until I graduated from highschool 5 years ago that my weight became a big issue. I continued to eat anything and everything just like I was in highschool yet the 3 hour a day workouts stopped and my weight just kept going up and up. I tried over the past 5 years to gain control of my weight yet those attempts failed. I am finally in the mindset to stay on track and get back down to a weight and look that I can be proud of. I am starting p90x again and a bootcamp so hopefully these will get my athletic body back. ;)
