I am starting weight watchers this weekend. I am at 154lbs right now and I am setting my goal weight at 115. After I had my first kid i got down to size four jeans and i wanna fit my big butt in them soooo bad lol... now im in 12's...so i got a ways to go but yea...Having my second kid, I havent lost any of the baby fat so i really need to work on it....hopefully i can stick to this...ill look at those jeans everyday for inspiration ^_^

new to dieting
okay so im new to dieting pretty much. im 21 and have 2 kids and i really need to lose the baby fat lol....i saw the abs diet and thought maybe that would be good since i wanna tighten up my stomach again. I ordered the book from the library. waiting for it to come in....can anyone give me an overview of what this is all about? before i waste a week i could be spending starting something else if this isnt for me, just wondering if i could get some input from any of you???? thanks bunches ^_^
