my weight still same as last day.. cause of mermoirs day party at my families and my nephew's birthay.. little too much foods.. but i did make my own food to eat and not eat their food and birthday cake.. even pops and chips.. yay! ^.^.

i had have good meal at breakfast and lunch but dinner i didnt eat much for dinner, because i super busy all day from 3 to 8pm due my children goes fishing, i hadn't eaten for that hours!.. i only is drink most of water.. until i come home.. i was super hunger but i just make 1 small hambuger with white cheese and pizza meat but i only eat part of pizza hambuger.. i thought i support be hunger! but only eat little.. werid!!
also i lose my weight.. 3 pound .. not bad.. =D.. still no junk or pop.. that great! .. and i did took morning walk .. but not eveing walking because of fishing all day standing and walk around alot to keep me busy with my kids lol.. also i did catches two large catfish for good lunch!

bummer i hadn't lose any weight today due no exercise today due my farming work.. like drive tractor or work garden .. and due weather rainy day cut my walking exercise short.. only 28 mins walk by 1 1/2 miles and have to turn around go back home before rain coming..
also i did missed morning walking.. grr me.. i guess my foot are too sore to walk .. i think i need new shoes! X'D
hopefully there will be nice weather trw to get more walking!
.. i still have same meal every morning and lunch time.. but i did tired cook a tasty squads zuccmber i think not right spelling.. with a white cheese sauce with grass feed cheese and and little red tomtoes.. due not have any peppouis meat .. so i use tomtoes for topping.. it really good!..
and i did make peanut butter bomb.. oh my goodnes it really tasty than i thought! =)
i will trying hard to do more active outdoor with my kids when there weather clear up =)..

the weight not change much today due busy shopping that cause i missed my workout on morning time but i did walk workout at eveing time. i did walk 4 miles in 1h and 45 mins.. it really long walk .. my leg not get cramping .. due pink salt in water help me much!.. also i did ate bit too much today because my mother n law taken me eat out at bob evens at lunch time which i had missed my workout morning time.... i did ate cobb salad with blue cheese sauce. and green hot tea.. that not too bad for just one day. i will try work hard with my walking workout 2x a day dairy to goal to loose more weight!

wow big diff!
i just lost 7 pound since first day of may 25th.. i did eat veggies and meats and eggs, water , hot teas, and coffee.. no bread or grains.. also just bit of cheese, not yet buy goat butter or grass fed goat cheese and butter due some store not have them.. i still use same stuff like last day cause i not have much veggies left today, but will buy more on friday food shopping! and my garden that i grow veggies not ready yet! i just start planted veggies as my own veggies.. that why i have to go to shopping to buy more veggies lol =)
and i feel more bad moody and grumpy and have headaches due not have sugery junks.. that cause make me really bad mood, but i still fighting to keep away from them..
i did walk 1hour and 23 min around the block because it country road.. not much traffic, my son is in the stoller just ride along with his favor toys to play with.. and when end of walk my leg is killing me.. it like want to give up the walk, but i keep going until i made it to my house.. and my feet and legs is still sore.. i will keep do that walk every morning to used it then do walk 2x a day morning and eveing =)
