my weight go up to almost 240 .. due inactive exercise today because i have so much pain my left side face due dental infection, my dental appt not until june 14, but i did went to ugret care doctor and and they just give me antibolic and pain med for me to manage it until june 14.. .. i hate begin inactive that cause me grain some weight this weekend.. even i on good diet.. *sign* -_-
only 3 more days till june 14.. to my teeth fixed so i can be active again.. but at this .. i am too tired, too sore do anything at this time.. cause my head still sore..
so i think maybe need less eat .. like let skip lunch.. just eat breakfast and dinner mabye help lose few pound. just make sure i drink pleay of water or hot tea for lunch. T_T

i only lose few pound... but still feel stable weight since few days.. hopefully my health and tooth aches will go away soon.. so i can be actives.. i hate those issues that cause make me stay at home for while...
so i want my mind off from tooth aches.. so i go out night fishing catch catfish.. and i did catch two.. one tiny stuiped catfish stolen huge shrimp and got hook in stomuch.. and one nice fat catfish i catch! so i bring them for make nice lunch meals! .. a healthly catfish fillets! =D
so i will do that good diets, since almost two week no junks, no pops, no surgay foods! yay!
also peanut butter fat bomb help me to contral my craving candies.. it help me so much! =)

my weight still in stable since few day due cold, but feel better now.. then now i have painful tooth issues -_-.. that why i didnt eat very much food today.. and have out fun with mother n law, and i had tired go fishing to chill off of my tooth pain but i have to cut my fishing short and come home. cause tooth pain is annoy me today..
just not my day have grumpy moody this week XD

my weight stalled due cold issues.. and i didnt exercise today i was just stay at home do housework.. my sore thoart is go away and still have cold from it.. and i had homemade lemon crud , by just 2 eggs 4 fresh lemon, and i read say 1 cup sweeter.. i think too much so i cut to 1/4 cup sweeter and 4 tablespoon grass-feed butter.. and cook it.. then put it in the freezer.. then i tried it it taste good! but just little sour but i like it cause it help my sore thorat much better! =)
i hopefully no more sore thorat , so i can go out more exercise outdoor with my boys at park at anywhere anytime! =)

i still on diets but sudden i got bad cold and sore thoart.. got grain pound .. i not get any sugary or anything like that.. i only get cold medicane to stop my cold.. that cause it to grain little weight? oh hmmm..
i hate sore n cold it annoy >.>
