After smoking for 35 years I was finally able to quit 18 months ago. Changing my eating habits from unhealthy fatty foods to healthy foods was also an essential part of my Total Life Change. I moved to San Diego in June of 2014 where he could live out a long time dream of learning how to surf and living a healthier lifestyle. At age 51, I have now set a very high goal that only the strongest determination can be accomplished. My love for the sport of surfing has inspired him at becoming experienced enough to surf Teahupoo on or before his 55th birthday in October of 2018.
