Iam 36yrs old, married with two dogs and one child. Iv allways been known as the fat girl my whole life. I can never rember a time i was thin or heathy. Iv allways tried every thing that Iv come to hear about, with no luck. I was an over the road truck driver who sat( driving ) for 14hrs or longer a day. Now am home local still driving ( siting ) 11 to 14 hrs a day, but now i get to sleep in my own bed every night. Trying to figure out how to change my life is hard , I start off with full intent then run out of fuel. I keep trying no matter what, one day Ill get it.

Frist day of running
Question What did I get my self into????? Did not do bad, could not make the stright 5min run. DID RUN 2MINS NON STOP! Go me, I walked the rest. My goal by the end of week one is to run the whole 5 mins.
