I need to get my stuff together. Seriously. I look pretty fit and I exercise regularly...and I know, I know the scale is just a number...it doesn't mean anything. But, seeing 159 on the scale today was SO depressing! Why???? I need to be more strict with my diet and exercise. I MUST GET BELOW 150!!! I need to dicipline myself again. Starting now. I joined the 10 in July Challenge and I will do it.

I suck. I went to the doctor today and I gained 8 pounds since my last weigh in. Time to get with it, Adrienne.

I need to start journaling here EVERY DAY! It's not like I'm not on the computer anyway. I will make it a personal goal.
I have been exercising 4-6 days per week. 1 hour running per day, and just started Jillian's 30 Day Shred. My diet is going well besides some snacking...but I eat pretty darn healthy so I'm not too concerned about my diet.

My weight still won't budge. I am running at least 4 days a week at an hour each day. Watching what I eat and following my points. Not too sure why the plateau, but I guess I will just have to deal with it. I do look a lot tighter and I know that muscle has replaced the fat, but I just wish that the scale would give me something to celebrate. Oh well...I feel good and I guess that's all that matters.

This sucks. I don't know why, but my body is on a temporary shut down and refuses to lose any weight for me. I think I need to kick it up a notch and try something different. Next week will not be dissapointing.
