4th of July was bad...really really bad. But, I am back on track today and yesterday I did okay too. I need to get a little more active and be aware of what I am eating.

I have been doing really well the past three days. I've exercised a total of 7 hours! I'm so proud. I'm watching my points and trying to stay positive. Good going, me!

Tonight was my first Weight Watchers meeting. I have always just done it alone. I can see why people lose more when they attend meetings. It was pretty cool and I loved all of the Weight Watchers products!!! Between yesterday and today I had 4 hours of exercise. Pretty darn good. :)
