Today is Friday, July 17, 2009 - I am 43 - am a pretty active woman. I have always been in the 130lbs in my 30s now in my 40s I have slowly crept up to 150 lbs. I have tried working out on my own, and got the P90X and now, I'm trying the Chaleen Extreme. I have 2 boys ages 22 and 12. I'm engaged to a pretty great guy. Physically I look good but I want to be great! That's why I'm here! I made it a goal to get really fit, lean and boost my metabolism since I have read that that is what is slowing down and losing muscle as I get older. so i need to burn the fat and regain MUSCLE!!! :)
