I'm over 60. Live in Cleveland, OH. Have Rheumatic Heart disease and have to take an anticoagulant every day. I have to watch my sodium, can't have any more than 2 servings of green leafy vegetables a week.
I work full time and walk for exercise because my heart can't tolerate anything too strenuous. My goals: 10000 steps a day. No more than 2 grams of sodium a day. 60 grams protein and 25 grams of fiber a day. And 8-9 hours of sleep a night.
