I'm 65. Live in Cleveland, OH. Have Rheumatic Heart disease and have to take an anticoagulant every day. I have to watch my sodium, can't have any more than 2 servings of green leafy vegetables a week.
I work full time and walk for exercise because my heart can't tolerate anything too strenuous. My goals: >5,000 steps a day. No more than 2 grams of sodium a day. 70% calories from good fats, 20% protein and 10% carbs. And 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
Lost most of my middle on the BulletProof way of eating.
