Having a good morning had to double my cream cheese to help bump up my fat today, thinking dinner will need some extra fat so I may just have the crab and melted butter. Yummy and healthy. Today though I am sore!! Every muscle in my body is sore and tired from swimming and playing volleyball in the pool yesterday, so my activity will be light today but still hoping I can talk the family into a nice after dinner walk.

As a side note I got the ketone strip yesterday (to help me gage foods as I add them) and it showed large amount of ketones. I am hoping this is the right zone for them on Atkins. I know they are not totally accurate but I wanted a little help knowing that I am not overeating carbs in one sitting. Anyhow if anyone reading this has advice on how high or low they should be please let me know. I hope tht you all are having a great day!
