At 44 I'm trying to change my body composition, which should lead to some weight loss. I'm 6'0" so BMI says I'm OK, but if I believe that I'm fooling myself! Exercise and watching what I eat should get me to target by Christmas. Then I can put it all back on again! Have started a 30 minute a day exercise programme designed by some crazy Navy Seal fitness instructor. Working on the assumption that my weight will come to a natural level as I get fitter and lose the fat, so not worrying too much about the weight.

For those who may be interested, the crazy Navy Seal is a guy called Mark Lauren and the book is called "You Are Your Own Gym: The Bible of Bodyweight Exercises".

Entering weight history
A word of caution - putting in historical weight data makes the graph on your iPad look very interesting, as it goes back in time, instead of sorting by date. The web site works OK though.
