This week was OK. I didn't count all the way on some days and felt myself slipping a little. I definitely need to focus more on being 100%. I am definitely letting my birthday screw with my mind. It is a DAY not a two week period.

It is so much easier during the week to stay focused. I don't know if it is because of the set work schedule or because I am not thinking about food as much but it just seems to be simple. I was able to get right back to journaling and counting points. . . I don't want to be HEAVIER then my highest weight on my birthday.

I am going to be 25 next Saturday (the 5th). Crazy.

I was on vacation this week (Thursday to Tuesday). Hence the gain. I am back on today!
