It is so much easier during the week to stay focused. I don't know if it is because of the set work schedule or because I am not thinking about food as much but it just seems to be simple. I was able to get right back to journaling and counting points. . . I don't want to be HEAVIER then my highest weight on my birthday.
I am going to be 25 next Saturday (the 5th). Crazy.
