I know my muscle is increasing, but I'm not sure I want to come in at the 220s as my low. I want to be in the 180s.

Several ups and downs since the last journal entry. Happily, most of the ups ended up just being muscle gain and not fat gain. I continue to do what I know is working. Caloric restriction, high protein, cardio (walking and spin cycle) 3 times a week, weights 2 x day, red light therapy once or twice a day with shake board, and hydro 3 to 4 times a week.

I'm up a pound pretty sure it is muscle mass.
I've got my latest InBody done, compared to the last one on June 30th
Weigh down 4.3 lbs
Skeletal Muscle Mass up 2.4 lbs to 93.5 lbs (42%) Dry Lean 43.7 lbs (19.6%)
Body fat % down 3.2% current 26% prior 29.2%
Water 121.5 lbs [intracellular 75.2, Extracellular 46.3] (54.4%)
I see my doctor tomorrow for my review. We'll see how it goes I am hoping she ups my T because I start flagging Monday evening or Tuesday morning, my fibromyalgia pain returns. I'm not sure what is causing me to burn through the T as fast as I do but I would like to continue to see the health improvements.

Split work out into two routines; an am (upper body) and a pm (lower body and core) with 10 mins of cardio each. Pounding protein like crazy found some yogurt that is 25g of protein per serving, thicker than Greek and tangier than Icelandic; I quite like it. Keeping hydration up.

So I upped my hydration again, and a couple of days ago, I started methylene blue therapy (50mg/day). Well, I know my kidneys are working correctly due to the blue. My mood seems slightly elevated I have a little more energy. I am looking forward to my workout today but will leave out my calves since I pulled my left one bowling Saturday.
