Still persistent, despite my car being totaled, I am making it to the gym as often as possible. I still eat as best as possible and exercise at home when I can't attend the gym. People are starting to comment on the change they see, and I catch people looking at me with that attractive look we humans have. While I have internal validation, external is nice to have as well.

Even when you are in the habit of drinking lots of fluids every day, it can still get away from you. I focused on the last few days to get better hydration. I get in good exercise, including isometrics and calisthenics, at home, but sadly, I am not able to make it to the gym daily like before due to the loss of the car.

I am recommitting to track because it was what worked. 168# is where BMI=Normal, but I am not opposed to a higher BMI if that is from muscle. Current stats from last InBody scan:
