Not following HCG eating plan exactly as I should. But Im mostly eating less than 800 calaries a day. Some days have been about 400 calaories for the day. Only had one fast meal food from braum in the past 2 weeks which is pretty good. My will power is getting stronger by the day. Sweets have been limited. Now that I am on the HCG eating plan. I have slacked off on recording which should be pretty easy. So I have to make time to get it in so I can see where Im at. I feel really great with losing over 10 pounds. What is exciting is at this rate I should be at 200 pounds in January. That would be great. My goal is to be down to 180 by July which is the trip to Jamaica.

Okay I know Im supposed to be all juiced up from being able to be so physically active today but the truth is. Im TIRED! Okay, as soon as I get off of hear I am going to stretch and do my abs, hips and buttocks routine repeated from yesterday oh yeah the pushup too. Then IM GOING TO have a drink. Luckily I have measured it out and planned for it so I can have a nice cocktail and believe the guilt will be out the window. I am going to ennnnnjoy! every sip. while I enjoy the thought of going to Jamaica 50 pounds lighter in
July. I am really motivated by the fact that I know I am going and it is already in motion. So I made my journal entry and that makes me feel better tomorrow starts the Running challenge which I kinda kicked off a ahead time. IT was hard I am such a beginner but one day I will be running marathons and leaving my husband in the dust. Those are BIG dreams but hey. IT WILL HAPPEN.

Okay I just finished a 40 minute workout which included dancing with my kids, some tae boe moves for my arms, some homemade jumping jacks and some crazy jumping around. I could feel the burn! YES! I also did 10minutes of stretching. Plus I did 3 sets of 8 crunches, 3 sets of 8 girlie pushups 2 sets of 8 lower body crunches (the ones that you pull your legs in) Ouch. I will be feeling those in the morning and for a couple of days. I did my side hip exercise 2 sets of 8 on each side and leg lifts for my buttocks s sets of 8 on each leg. I feel great!
I like fitting exercise in when I can. Earlier today I took my kids for a walk to the park in Brasswood. So that was an hour of moderate walking pushing 3 small kids in a stroller that weighs 50 pounds and together they weigh about 80 lbs so. I did it real good today. That helps since I didn't get in anything on Thursday. Except for hmmmmm SEXERCISE. That helps too. but I dont dont know how to calculate it. I just know doing more for a longer period of time the way we have being going at it has to count for some cardio. Well it's been a great week and Im looking forward to going to the why and getting on my favorite exercise maching. THE ELIPITICAL.
