I am a 32 year old teacher loving life in the Northwest! I am on FS to hold myself accountable for a goal that I know is attainable, but I constantly stray from because it is easier. I work part time and my husband works about 60 hours a week, so I'm always eating alone...and I always misbehave when I am eating alone! I LOVE to cook and I was a vegetarian for a long time. I want to hold myself accountable for how i eat when I am alone, and remember that it DOES count. I'm challenging myself to cook most all of my meals, cut out any processed snacks, and plan great meals for the week at the start of it!
For exercise, I love being outdoors, and I live in a beautiful place for hiking, which I plan to do as often as possible this summer. I'm also planning to ditch my car as much as possible this summer, building that exercise into my daily routine. I do barre3 workouts online, and my goal is 3x per week. I also love to kayak, but that depends on the tides and the weather, so that is just bonus exercise when I do it! Finally, I enjoy yoga and love to start or end my day with it when possible.
