Lost some this time, not as much as I would like but I will take what I can get. Got some walking in today, I need to walk more but with this pinched nerve its not easy. Not too much going on right now, but the end of the month I'm going on a quilters trip. My quilting guild has a bus trip for 5 days and 4 nights, going to be very fun!

Much better than last week, I was on plan all week and did great! Got a lot of walking in and went to a quilt show and a cat show! LOL that was great and I had a lot of fun. I hope to do a lot of walking this week as well and I will be heading to KY for a trucking show.

Dollywood...Festival of Nations....yup So that happened but I knew it would when I cheated but it was soooo good! :D Ok so what did I have I shouldn't have had??? Oh yeah, Bavarian Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese! Oh it was very good, then there was the Poutine, if you don't know what that is then it's fries with brown gravy over it and they added fried cheese curds, not bad but not worth it there, then there was the Empanadas, that was very good but kind of bland, would have been better with some salt and pepper, had a Cannoli, not the same really as a real one but had whipped cream as the filling, then lastly a piece of Apple Pie (no pic). So the items I didn't get that I really wanted to try was the Cuban Sandwich, the South African Bobotie, the Trinidad Beef Skewers and the South Korean Beef Bulgogi Nachos. I wouldn't be able to try the Spanish Paella as I am allergic to shrimp but thats ok. The Festival of Nations will be going on thru next month so maybe I will try the other foods then. I was going to go back on my diet the next day but ordered a pizza and that was my downfall! Oh well life goes on and I still did better than usual at walking around Dollywood.

Been an good week! Stayed on plan all week and lost a lot! Went out with my friend once last week, had a wonderful lunch with bunless burger and salad. Only downfall is beer, but I had the low carb beer that is next to water but at least it was fun. This week I'm going to Dollywood for the grand opening and I should get in a lot of walking there.

Lots of stuff going on, had two out of state trips in the last 2 weeks and while I did really well on the first one, the second one I ate whatever I wanted and put on weight. The second one wasnt planned and was a pain. Husbands truck was in the shop and the company bought another one and wanted him to come to Chicago to get it since the one he had was broke down. Brand new with only 70 miles on it! Very nice truck but long drive to get there. So then we got there and he is in it now but I had to drive back home by myself, not usually a problem but with all the bad rain there were mudslides and construction to deal with but I got home by 10pm. Back to the grind now and I hope to stick with it for a while!
