Very good week, stayed on track this week but it wasn't easy. I really have been craving pizza and bread. I bought the Sola bread that is low carb and well...it's bitter to me. I keep trying it hoping it would taste better each time but oh well.
I put another quilt top on the frame to finish it up, its a Christmas quilt I have had a long time and never finished it. I haven't started it yet but should get started on it this week. I also have been cleaning up my sewing room. Dang I didn't know how much stuff I have in there. And I can't seem to part with any of it!! I have been sorting thru my fabric to see if I can donate it to the freebie table at my quilt guild. I ended up with 1 bag...yeah out of 10 plastic totes full of fabric just ONE bag, but it was a big bag! LOL

Not as big a loss as I was hoping for but I will take it. I probably drank too much over the holiday! But it was fun! So my car is in the shop, transmission trouble. Im driving the husbands pickup but its new so no worries about breaking down and if it does its covered. Car is gonna cost me a arm and a leg so Im back to making things to sell. I have made some of the cutest zippered bags ever! They are made with embroidery vinyl and fabric and are pretty quick to make. Hardest part is deciding the fabric colors!
I did go to a Christian concert on Friday with a friend, never heard of this guy before but it was fun. Carman is who we saw and it was in a very small church and sounded great, we got to meet him after and I got a picture. I have never been to a Christian concert so had no idea what to expect but it was pretty nice.
So I'm gonna try harder this week to make more stuff. I have some real leather I would like to make the larger zippered back with and I hope it turns out nice.

Been a while, went out on a road trip with my husband and of course was off my diet, but it was really great! We went out to Seattle Washington and it was a really nice trip. Then we came home after 2 weeks and went to Dollywood for a coaster event! It also was great and I rode 3 coasters there, I didn't fit on one of them but there were people smaller than me that didn't fit either as we tried the tester seat. I will say that Mystery Mine was about the scariest one I have ever been on! I fit fine but it did bruise my upper arms with the restraints. Just more reasons to lose the weight.
I did some quilting as well, I finished the wonky log cabin quilt on the frame yesterday. I will need to find a nice fabric to do the binding but the backing was great, love that pink color!

Been a couple of weeks, husband came home for Memorial Day and I ate whatever he had, pizza, mexican and other junk. But back on track now and doing good. Had a wonderful time with him and he's back to work.
Today I went to Dollywood's Splash County and it was so much fun! I did ride the water coaster but mostly spent my time in the lazy river. Used a ton of sunscreen so that was good. I need to stock up on some more though.
I have been doing some quilting, got some new thread and finally found my fabric I needed for the binding of my Minions Panel quilt. I hope to get it finished soon but I am lazy

gaining 1.5 lb a week

Good lost this week, stayed on plan all week and feel great! Wasn't easy as I did go to Dollywood Friday with a friend that is always saying can't you cheat a little. I did get overheated at Dollywood as it was a very hot day and we went in the afternoon. We had drove to Cades Cove first so it was later in the day before we got there but we had lunch first. Most of my week was me trying to find a fabric I thought I had for a quilt. Apparently not. Oh well I started organizing the fabric and sorting out the pieces I will never use to give to my quilting guild. I did finish the quilting of my Minions quilt and now need the binding (that's the fabric I was looking for but no luck) So I have about 4 other quilt tops that need quilting and will work on them next.
Dollywood was great! I actually rode all the rides that I wanted to and had no early exits! I was a bit worried about the new Dragonflyer but I fit fine but I have lost a lot since the last time I rode a coaster. It is a short ride but very fast, loved it! We only went to the new section of the park that they just opened called Wildwood Grove. It was pretty packed but it was a Friday afternoon after all.
