Hello everybody. I am really happy this week as I managed to lose 1.5 kg ( for me, it never happened before as I managed to lose a maximum 500 gr ). But this is different. Maybe it is something to do with my new morning routine ( before breakfast on the empty stomach, I am drinking a glass of water with 20 gr of chia seeds and a little bit of lemon juice . And 30 minutes after I had chia seeds water only, then I can start eating breakfast). Does anyone else have this chia seed water in the mornings for loosing weight? Overall, I am a very happy bunny 🐰 this week 😁

I started drinking a chia seed water with a little lemon juice first thing in the morning on the empty stomach. My previous weight was 97.1 kg, and now I am 95.4 kg. My stomach feels less bloated and much happier now. 🙃

Not good, not good at all for me. I am really, REALLY feeling frustrated at the moment. I managed to gane several kilograms.

I am really pleased about this drop in my weight. Now I am 93.9 kg ( instead of 97 kg previous ). This week, I struggled to eat my usual meals, so I had easy food for my stomach ( toasts, omelette ). My vertigo is now very bad and nearly every day now. Yesterday, I spoke with the GP, who gave me some tablets for vertigo to try it for 1 month. Hopefully, these tablets will help me.
