Had really good Valentines. No cravings for sugar. I make sure I get a good fat filled breakfast to start off my day that keeps me satisfied and feeling full. Just keeping on, trying to plan meals. Too tempting to just go off my plan when I get hungry.

And the new trial starts of using the Keto OS and ketogenic diet with goal of carbs lower then 100 a day. Which is so much less restrictive then Atkins.
