Had really good Valentines. No cravings for sugar. I make sure I get a good fat filled breakfast to start off my day that keeps me satisfied and feeling full. Just keeping on, trying to plan meals. Too tempting to just go off my plan when I get hungry.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
