Scale moved. Not sure how. Had a slice of pizza yesterday - ugh it was terrible. Didn't really want it but had no other choice. Pizza or spaghetti - don't know if I made the right choice. But I'm happy the scale moved down. Now the tough weekend looms ahead. Weather is supposed to be in the high 80's today. Will try and get out and do some yard work.

No gain is good news. Still sometimes you need that "better news" to help keep you on line. I know there will always be "ups and down", but I'd like to see a little "down".
Weekend coming up - always my biggest challenge when I'm home from work.
But I can and I will follow program - I hope. Keeping my fingers crossed and my mouth shut.

Had a little Pub Mix - wow!!! can't believe the carbs. Should have checked the web site to see the amount. Won't make that mistake again.

Same weight - but that's ok I lost 2 prior day.
Got a call from Dr office yesterday, lab work and want to see ASAP before my next regular visit. Kind of worries me. Probably cholesterol is way up. I figured it would be, since I haven't paid any attention to what I was eating previously. Just have to wait and see what she says. Keeping my fingers crossed - unfortunately, I'm a pessimist not an optimist.

Well, the scale moved. Feeling a little better. Have to split up my eating over the day, more a lunch than dinner. More veggies.
My appetite is gone - eat only because I know I should. Feeling a little down - just don't know why.
