Well, the scale moved. Feeling a little better. Have to split up my eating over the day, more a lunch than dinner. More veggies.
My appetite is gone - eat only because I know I should. Feeling a little down - just don't know why.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn't it odd how the hunger seems to go away. I was just reflecting on that yesterday. I know I'm hungry but it's different. I definitely feel better after I eat something! You are doing a great job! Keep it up!
