Staying with it, although I slipped last night.
I gave into a small piece of brownie. The great thing was, it didn't really taste that great for the amount of carbs. Won't be doing that again. Wasn't worth it.
Hubby is better, but RX put his sugar over 400 (he's diabetic.) Have to watch him real carefully now.
Weekend ahead - keep your head and stay in plan.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weight the same. I think I'm going to stop weighing every day. When there's no change it makes me feel - like what the heck - nothing is helping me lose. Got to get out of my funk and start looking up.
Hubby is sick now - stubborn won't go to Dr. Guess I'll just have to try and get him better right now - and stop thinking about my weight.

Scale moved. But sure if it'll stay that way. I don't think that small piece of lasagna I had last night for dinner is registering. Wouldn't be surprised if it creeps back up. Good news from dr. just very, very low vitamin D and some osteoporosis in the spine. Better news than I thought it was going to be More sunshine is what I need and want, plus some Vitamin D supplements.

Up a little, but previous day was too much. I really tried my best to stay with the program. I think with was the pizza from Friday that did it. Over a little but could have been a lot worse for a weekend day - at home with my husband.
Another weekend day to go - will try my hardest.
