Argh. Got trapped in a five-hour lock-in meeting where I succumbed to pizza. !)#(!)(%@
This is a mental game and it's waging war right now. I'm still winning though.

10 Pounds! 10 Pounds! 10 Pounds!
The funny thing is that ten is simply a round number. It's not really any mile stone for weight I have to lose. 10% of my goal is ~12lbs, 10% of my bodyweight is ~32lbs. Still feels good though.
The daughter has a case of spring fever, so her and I went for a walk last night. It was a good time, as she toodled along on her scooter while I walked and talked. She wiped out once and I had to fix up some scratches, but it's the Blessings of a Scraped Knee around our house, so we were back on it right away.
Have a good day, everyone.

I know I'm
not
supposed to obsess over daily weigh-ins, but I hate it when it goes up on a day when I'm convinced it will go down.
I ruined the steaks last night for the big supper we were having with friends. I suppose I should email them and apologize. :)
