I think I hit a plateau that has lasted the last few weeks. I changed up my routine and now my weight is finally moving down again. :)

I've been sick with strep throat the last couple of weeks and haven't been doing so great on the diet. The good news is I haven't gained. I am finally feeling better so hopefully I will see a loss this week.

NOTE to SELF: Do not eat ham as it has too much sodium and causes water weight gain and swelling horribly. Hoping for an actual weight loss next week.

One day of bad eating plus PMS and I put on 5 pounds of water weight that I have been trying to take off this week. I still have .8 pounds to get back to last weeks weight.

NOTE TO SELF: STAY AWAY FROM ALL GRAINS AND DAIRY!!! THEY CAUSE INFLAMMATION AND WATER WEIGHT GAIN!
