NOTE to SELF: Do not eat ham as it has too much sodium and causes water weight gain and swelling horribly. Hoping for an actual weight loss next week.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
