Just to clarify, when I say cycling I mean on a gym cycle, of course I have a bike but it's great to see the calories your losing, speed over distance, time on the bike & heart rate information in front of you on the gym bike - I think the technical term is 'spinning.' The weird part about my weight loss on a bike is that years of squash, rowing and swimming for 90 minutes 4-5 times a week had NO effect whatsoever...so all I can say is give cycling or spinning a go, 5km's twice a week, you never know!

Good Day inmates!

Just wanted to share with all that after 12 years of 'trying' to lose some weight through exercise I've come across the answer - cycling. Unbelievable success with only two visits to the gym a week doing 10k each visit on an exercise bike - cycling just strips away any excess from the beer belly down (I can hardly recognize myself..!
