Calorie counting and walking Works
For me to maintain my weight I can eat 2000 calories a day.
For me to lose weight it would be good for me to not take in more than 1700 a day.
Friday I weighed in at 177.4. I don't remember if that was before or after eating. I walked 3 miles at a medium pace. I took in 1211 calories.
Saturday I weighed in at 176.4 after doing my business at the toilet. I walked 2/3 of a mile because I got distracted at the indoor track talking to this older lady about politics and religion. I took in 1578 calories.
Today, Sunday, I weighed in at 172.8 after doing my business. I haven't eaten anything yet today, but have been drinking my water. I have a smidgeon of salt for every 8 oz, of water I drink. That is what the watercure.com people tell you to do. It is 7 p.m.
