Will I ever not FEEL fat??!!!! Do you have this issue or have overcomed it??
Heck I have lost 67 lbs and wear a size 10 but the moment I walk into the gym I feel like a huge cow! I figure once I am a size 4 I might feel thin but right not I feel like a huge bleah!!!!

Ok I am in the second week of Atkins induction and I stopped losing weight a few days ago. Then, last night I had an all out binge Atkins style (no carbs-put most in my diary -not in order- but stopped when I got to 1700!!!!!!). So I weigh myself this morning and I broke through my wall!!!! What the heck? So do I go back to eating 1200 calories or do I eat more? I am 5 feet and weigh 159 (according to yesterday). I have already lost 78 pounds with the help of a lap-band but the rest is up to me and the controlling of my mouth and my addiction to food.

Does craving every completely go away?
I just finished my second week of induction and YES! My cravings have pretty much gone away and I am so greatful that they have! Hang in there! Her's to week three for me!
